Learner or educator feedback
Include the resource title or topic and the type of learner you are supporting. Do not send a student’s identity, grades, bank statements or account information.
Mission and faith enquiries
Describe the purpose of your message and the best way to reply. Mission correspondence is kept distinct from commercial-service transactions.

Do not email: passwords, full payment-card information, government identification, authentication codes, unredacted student records, or customer records that you are not authorized to share.
