Questions, access/correction requests or privacy concerns can be sent to voxdeiceo@gmail.com. For a commercial project, the applicable correspondence details are also provided in the written project documentation.
1. What this website is
Vox Dei Missions contains mission, faith and independent financial-education material. It also hosts a separate page describing administrative business services offered directly by Jae Seok Shin as a sole proprietor. Commercial-service information is kept distinct from mission activities.
2. Information you choose to send
The current contact links open email rather than collecting information through a website account or intake database. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to provide. That information is used to answer the enquiry, assess a potential project, deliver agreed work, provide support, and maintain records reasonably needed for the relationship.
Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification, authentication codes, unredacted student records, or customer records you are not authorized to share.
3. Business-service files
Initial enquiries should describe the problem without attaching sensitive records. Synthetic or redacted samples are preferred for suitability checks. Before real project files are accepted, the required information, purpose, sharing method, access, and practical retention/deletion approach should be confirmed for that project. Identifiable information must not be placed into an external AI service unless the required authority, terms and safeguards are in place.
4. Financial-education activities
The published free budgeting exercise does not require a user account, name, answer submission or stored score. Parents and educators should not send children’s identity, grades or financial records when requesting general information about a resource.
5. Website technical data and cookies
Like most websites, hosting, security and WordPress infrastructure can process technical request information such as IP address, date/time, browser or device information, and pages requested. WordPress also uses cookies for administrative authentication. Third-party embedded content, analytics or other tools can have their own data practices. This policy does not claim that no technical logging or cookies exist.
6. Payments
Commercial payments, when enabled, are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout rather than by emailing card information to this website. Stripe independently processes payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. The website operator receives the order and payment-status information reasonably needed to administer the service, but does not need the customer’s full card number.
7. Service providers and cross-border processing
Website, email, payment, security, file-storage and automation providers may process information in Canada or other jurisdictions depending on the service used. Access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. No promise is made that every service provider stores all information only in Canada.
8. Retention
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to resolve support or disputes, and to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Project-specific retention needs can differ, so a customer with sensitive data should agree on those requirements before transfer.
9. Your requests
You may contact the privacy address above to ask about personal information held in connection with the website or a project, request correction, or raise a concern. Reasonable identity verification may be required before records are disclosed. Legal or recordkeeping obligations can limit deletion in some cases.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the website adds new forms, analytics, payment features or service providers. Material changes should be reflected on this page before the new processing begins where practicable.
