Effective September 10, 2026 · For business customers acting for business purposes

Seller

Commercial services described on this website are offered directly by Jae Seok Shin, sole proprietor. Mailing address: 99 Broadway Avenue, Unit 3602, Toronto, Ontario M4P 0E3, Canada. Customer support: voxdeiceo@gmail.com. Vox Dei Missions is the broader mission and education website; it is not represented here as a registered corporation or registered business name.

1. Business-customer scope

The initial EstimateRevive Pilot and spreadsheet-cleanup services are offered only to a business or an individual acting for business purposes. Do not purchase the service for personal, family or household use. If that is your intended use, contact us before paying.

2. Written scope comes first

An enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Before payment, Jae Seok Shin and the customer confirm in writing the project reference, input format, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance checks, price, any applicable tax, correction allowance and delivery timing. A payment link should be used only after that written confirmation.

3. EstimateRevive Pilot

The initial fixed pilot is C$249 for one structured quote/export file of up to 100 quote records, subject to suitability review. The pilot can include agreed ageing/review rules, an exception or missing-data report, a prioritized review queue, ready-to-review follow-up wording, and one correction round for errors within the agreed scope.

The pilot does not automatically contact the customer’s customers, change prices, renew expired quotes, provide debt-collection services, or guarantee recovered revenue, sales, conversion rates or other business outcomes.

4. Additional or different work

Spreadsheet cleanup and other workflow work may be separately quoted. Additional files, unsupported formats, new integrations, new features or materially expanded requirements are outside the original scope unless confirmed in writing. There are no automatic subscriptions or silent scope increases.

5. Payment

Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless the written quote says otherwise. At launch, Jae Seok Shin is not registered for GST/HST and does not add GST/HST to the C$249 EstimateRevive Pilot price. This statement will be updated if registration status changes. Payments are processed through the approved payment method associated with the project. Never email full card details. A payment received without a valid project reference or without an accepted scope may be paused for clarification or refunded rather than treated as authorization for undefined work.

6. Digital delivery

Deliverables are provided digitally through the channel stated in the written scope. There is no physical shipping. Delivery timing begins from the agreed start point and depends on receiving the required authorized input in usable form. If a required customer input or decision is delayed, the delivery timing may need to be revised in writing.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Before work starts: a cancellation requested by email receives a refund of amounts paid for the unstarted service.

After work starts: if a customer cancels, the proposed resolution is a refund of the unperformed portion, less the reasonable value of completed work and any non-recoverable external cost that the customer expressly approved in advance.

Non-delivery or material failure to meet the agreed scope: the customer should report the issue promptly. An appropriate correction, re-performance, or refund for the affected work will be considered based on the written scope and the circumstances. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Correction round

The EstimateRevive Pilot includes one correction round for errors within the agreed scope. Customers are asked to identify such issues within seven calendar days after delivery where practical. That request is an administrative review period; it does not erase any right that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Customer authority and data

The customer must provide only information it is authorized to share. Synthetic or redacted samples are preferred for initial review. Any sensitive-data requirements should be agreed before transfer. The customer remains responsible for deciding whether and how to use follow-up wording with its own customers.

10. Professional-service boundaries

These services provide administrative data organization and workflow support. They are not legal, tax, accounting-certification, investment-advisory, credit-repair, debt-collection or other regulated professional services. The customer remains responsible for its business decisions and for reviewing outputs before acting on them.

11. Support and records

Questions, correction requests, cancellations and refund requests should be sent to voxdeiceo@gmail.com with the project reference. Relevant correspondence details can also be provided in the written project documentation.

12. Website relationship

The mission, faith and financial-education sections of Vox Dei Missions are distinct from the commercial service. A commercial service purchase is not a charitable donation and does not generate a charitable tax receipt.
